Max.tube sheet is around 3.5m long, thickness 20-30m, drilling diameter is φ25-28mm. Needs tapping M30 and milling.
Can I overlap for processing?
Yes, by changing carbide drill to twist drill, can overlap for processing. Overlap two workpiece together, thickness is 50mm, hole diameter φ30mm, takes about 1min.
How about the efficiency?
Carbide drill: thickness 50mm, hole diameter φ30mm, takes about 18s.
Twist drill: thickness 50mm, hole diameter φ30mm, takes about 60s.
Efficiency is 3-4 times higher!!
